By booking and receiving Facial Harmony services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all clients and are subject to updates at the discretion of the service provider.

 

2. Booking and Payments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.

 

4. Late Arrivals Policy

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate the next client.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may incur a late cancellation fee.
